We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
As Bid Coordinator, you will be involved in a range of functions to drive opportunities and revenue within the sales department. You will be responsible for requirements such as supporting external sales staff, qualifying, and generating leads, direct client interaction, preparing sale quotation, conducting client pre-start meetings, hosting project opportunity meetings, managing customer feedback and offering administrative assistance to the sales department.

**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Coordinate Tender Review Meetings with relevant Departments
- Review and study tender documentation also determine response requirements for each tender and identify parameters of the tender.
- Prepare tender document ensuring all response requirements are met.
- Liaise with internal team members as required during the tendering process to ensure all required inputs are progressing and are completed on time.
- Develop and input creative elements to tailor the submission to the suit the project.
- Liaise with Sales Manager / Bid Manager/ Project Managers/ Estimators regarding status of tender document and required inputs.
- Prepare tender submission documentation, finalise, and ensure on time delivery.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders.
- Collaboration of full hand over pack on award, including close out of all clarifications
- Work with Commercial Manager and legal for approval of commercial clarifications
- Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Department
- Managing specific lead generating activities with other Internal Sales staff
- Qualify incoming leads and allocate internally or externally
- Daily lead generation tasks and reporting
- Meet and host clients in the Fleetwood offices

**About You**:
The successful applicant will be someone who has a high attention to detail and is driven by results. Playing an integral part within our sales process you will have great customer service and client management skills, coupled with the ability to think outside of the square. A high level of administration skills is required for this role, and the ability to prioritise and identify immediate sales opportunities is integral to the position.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Bid coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create effective presentations
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to develop and understand complex concepts
- Excellent computer skills, specifically word and excel and use of internal databases
- Adobe Suite skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Good understanding of sales and marketing methodologies and practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimum supervision at times, to manage and coordinate own timetable, set priorities, and achieve objectives,
- Commitment to the efficient and effective delivery of quality customer service.
