**About the role**

We are currently offering casual positions at our Rockingham Residential Age Care Home.

These positions provide high-quality, person-centered care that maintains residents' independence and maximizes their quality of life by, contributing to creating and maintaining a home environment that caters to residents' physical, emotional, and cultural needs. In the role, the main duties consist of assisting with meals, maintaining individual care plans, and activities of daily living for residents.

**About you**

Your confidence in your ability to provide exceptional care to our residents will enable you to create a positive and welcoming environment for your team and residents. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal relationship building skills, supportive nature, and a passion for the aged care industry.

The following experience and qualifications will see you to success in this role:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Able to work on your own but also as part of a bigger team.
- Understanding of your own safety and others in the workplace
- Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
