We have excellent opportunities for experienced and highly organised **Bookkeepers** to become an integral part of our friendly, energetic and growing finance team. Located in Eight Mile Plains, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your skills.
**Full time Position**
- Have a minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Demonstrate advanced Xero knowledge
- Have a positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Be proficient in all aspects of Payroll including EOFY reconciliations
- Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
**You will be responsible for**:
- Payroll and liaising with ADP and our HR Team (Super, PAYG, Payroll Tax)
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank Rec of all AP and AR
- EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts
- Occasional review of vendor pricing
- Preparing and liaising with our Tax Accountant
- Continuing to build and refine our bookkeeping processes
