The 88 Limestone Street Precinct consists of three adjacent two and three-storey buildings linked and enhanced by a modern outdoor entertaining area and landscaped gardens. The spaces occupied within the precinct consist of professional office suites and a boutique hospitality precinct.

We work hard to maintain the historic beauty and charm of the precinct for the community, our staff, tenants and customers.

Our people are a friendly and professional group of employees living and working around the Ipswich region. Our team is growing and we seek to appoint a suitably experienced Cleaner / Yard Person to join our team on a permanent full-time basis to maintain the cleaning and upkeep of the property and grounds as well as other properties within our portfolio in the local area.

These are the core duties of the role:

- General yard tidying
- Mowing lawns
- Using a whipper-snipper
- Garden maintenance, weeding & pruning
- Weed spraying
- Watering plants and operating irrigation system
- Using a backpack blower to clean carpark, footpaths and precinct outdoor spaces
- Using an automatic cleaning machine, pressure cleaner and hose to clean outdoor spaces
- Weeding and pruning gardens
- Washing windows
- Collecting rubbish from tenants and around precinct grounds and footpaths
- Washing out garbage bins

Other duties will involve the following:

- Washing and detailing cars
- Maintaining pool
- Cleaning of office space and hospitality venues as required to assist the cleaning team
- Travel to different venues - Pine Mountain & Forestdale

The successful applicant will be a reliable person who takes pride in your work. You will require excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. In return, you will be respected for the work that you put in and paid accordingly.

To be eligible for consideration, you will require a current driver's licence and reliable transport and be willing to undertake a National Police History Check.
