Support the Deputy Secretary, Energy, and Energy Group executives, to make timely and robust decisions, and to deliver departmental and ministerial priorities, including by:

- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality briefings, parliamentary business, and Cabinet materials
- Managing diverse inquiries for Energy Group from other parts of government.

Be part of a collaborative, friendly, dynamic and multi-disciplinary team, in a fast-paced environment and expand your network across DEECA and the public service. Apply, and build, your understanding of government processes.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication, skills and the ability to build effective strategic relationships with stakeholders. The successful applicants will be highly organised, with a systematic and logical approach to problem solving.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline (for example, public policy, law) would be desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street with hybrid work arrangements available.
