**What You’ll Do**: As a Roofers and Roof Labourers at Bones Roofing, you'll be a key part of our team. From installing new roofs to fixing up old ones, your work will help us maintain our reputation for top-notch service. You’ll work alongside experienced pros, pick up new skills, and take pride in a job well done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs.
- Assist in tearing off old roofing materials and prepping for new installations.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure work is done efficiently and safely.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
- Work with team members to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.

**About You**:

- You have some experience in roofing or are eager to learn the trade.
- You’re physically fit and comfortable with heights.
- You’re a team player with a strong work ethic.
- You pay attention to details and take pride in your work.
- You’re willing to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Any previous roofing experience or certifications are a bonus.
