What does the job look like?

The Linfox Healthcare team provide innovative and industry leading warehousing and distribution services for pharmaceutical companies and Government agencies across Australia and New Zealand. Our team in Bungarribee are looking for a passionate and dedicated Healthcare Operations Supervisor who shares our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability.

This is an opportunity for an established Healthcare supply chain professional to develop their career in a role that is responsible for warehousing safety and compliance, operational and customer service performance. You will rely on your collaborative leadership and effective decision-making capabilities to drive improvement as we continue to increase our warehousing footprint throughout the region. Key areas:

- Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocols
- Provide warehouse operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI’s are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirements
- Identifying, evaluating and addressing warehousing risks focused on continuous improvement and innovation
- Effective management and development of direct reports and operational teams
- Partnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growth and new customer integration
- Ensure that the systems and resources available are utilised to provide inventory integrity and confidence to our customers
