**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is an exciting opportunity grow in a professional team environment. Based in Henderson you will drive the implementation of the business strategy for the Heat Treatment Product Line in Australia, in alignment with functional business objectives, to realize the agreed results, market position and safety performance of EnerMech in the short and medium term.

This hands-on role will also allow you to build your team by sharing your knowledge in heat treatment industry.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A positive attitude and a strong focus on safety
- Extensive relevant commercial, operational, management and industry experience (10 Years Minimum).
- Demonstrable leadership level experience within a multi discipline service company environment.
- Technical experience in local electric, modular furnace, vessel and complex structures (gas firing) and refractory dry out.
- Demonstrated project management experience with strong people skills
