**About the Role**

Our Registered Training Organisation, (**RTO Code 21912**) is looking for LLND Trainers in Inner Metro Melbourne who will be responsible for** **delivering effective training to students while adhering to all ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) and DET (Department of Education & Training) guidelines regarding student files, policies, and procedures. Our training programs offer students language, literacy, numeracy, job-search, and digital literacy training to enhance their English skills for use in the workplace or study.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering classes and assessments in accordance with Training Timetables, ensuring supervision for learners at all times
- Complying with all requirements related to organisation training materials
- Making appropriate accommodations for customers with special needs
- Managing administrative tasks such as attendance, reporting
- Ensuring that work aligns with Asuria’s rules, policies, procedures, and complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligations

- Experience with LLN (Language Literacy and Numeracy) adult teaching methodologies
- Hold a TAE40122/ TAE40116 Cert IV TAE or higher teaching or training qualification
- Willingness to complete the TAESS00026 Foundations Skills Integration Skillset (if no higher teaching qualification held)
- Digital literacy skills and the capacity to train others in this area
- Accurately complete administrative duties and tasks

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position.
