As a full-time Credits Claims Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence within our Parts department, working a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:36 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- efficient processing of customer credit returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- verification of returned parts against customer details to maintain integrity and accuracy.
- timely processing of manufacturer and transit claims, adhering to set timeframes.
- diligent record-keeping and contribution to inventory stocktakes.
- active participation in general housekeeping to maintain departmental efficiency.
- supportive role in various administrative and warehouse tasks, enhancing team effectiveness.
