**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve face-to-face and digital Registration & Licensing inquiries efficiently.
- Acknowledge and resolve escalated issues, ensuring compliance with policies and service standards.
- Provide end-to-end digital support for customers using online services.
- Collaborate with the team, participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
**Day-to-Day Task Highlights**:
- First point of contact for customers, setting the tone for positive experiences.
- Offer digital transactions and information for effective customer service.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and efficient assistance via digital platforms.
- Actively encourage and guide customers to use online transactions.
**Prerequisites**:
**Essential Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in service centers or frontline service.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Good driving record, adhering to safety standards.
- Proficient in learning and promoting the use of online transactions.
- Ability to work in both seated and standing positions.
- Flexibility to work varying hours (20-38 hours per week).
- Willingness to travel within the area and neighboring centers as needed.
