**Service Now Product Owner** to be responsible for the fit for purpose design of products and solutions across a range of work packages in a great department. This role will primarily supply expertise to backlog prioritisation and business engagements, considering proposed capability uplifts, relevant industry best practice, vendor guided best practice and the impact on the users. **Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Maintain a strategic lens across the entire program of work to streamline the end user experience across integration points.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on progress and identify risks and solutions for mitigation as required.
- Uplift capability through training, knowledge, and awareness activities around the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop, prioritise, and implement the backlogs of work that align to the strategic direction of the project.
- Significant experience in product development or as a Business Analyst.
- Experience designing and or implementing modules of ServiceNow in a large organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and arguments to a variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to harness information, exercise sound judgement, and make recommendations under pressure.
- Designing technical program level activities with ServiceNow partners in a collaborative agile delivery approach
- Certification in ServiceNow design or implementation e.g., Application Specialist, Architect, implementor or System Administrator
