**The Role**

As a pivotal member of our team, youll be at the forefront of creating breathtaking outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass an array of tasks, from crafting elegant crazy paved spaces to precision concrete features. Youll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in hard landscape construction including paving, concreting, decking and machinery operation.

You will be working in a 3 person team made up of a lead landscaper and 1st/2nd Year apprentice.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or substantial experience within the industry.
- A valid manual drivers license and reliable transport to reach our picturesque locations.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team, including mentoring apprentices.
- An unwavering work ethic with a dedication to delivering the highest quality results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative teamwork.
- Physical fitness and resilience to excel in outdoor environments over extended periods.
