**About the role**

The Quality & Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting best and quality clinical practices, person-centred and holistic health outcomes for clients receiving care and/or services in the community (including health & wellness centres, respite and in the home)

The focus of the role is defining, monitoring, reporting and providing mentoring on quality and clinical practices, processes and outcomes. This relates to both at Community site/service level and collectively at organisational level.

**About you**

You will hold a Bachelor or Post-Graduate Degree in Nursing, enabling registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and have a minimum of 5 years relevant post registration experiences. A current / relevant Drivers Licence is essential to this role.
