The Blackmores Facilities Team is responsible for the safe running and maintenance of all our Australia sites. Based at our GMP manufacturing facility in Braeside, Vic, this role oversees the day to day running of our outsourced facilities services, such as cleaning and the staff café, as well security monitoring and other ad-hoc tasks. As the onsite representative of this Team, this is a hands-on, diverse role is suitable for anyone with experience in a maintenance or production site.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Day to day management of our contract services, including; staff café, cleaners, waste management, gardening and security
- Day to day point of contact for internal and external customers
- Assist in the management of events, such as townhall meetings, including set up and support of facility layout
- Manage security cards access and CCTV monitoring, being on call and responding to emergencies out of hours when necessary

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production site, ideally a GMP environment
- Strong communication and relationship management
- Good computer skills, able to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed
