As an Audiovisual Technician at Contour, you will work closely with our dedicated interview production team. Your primary responsibility will be to **capture the stories of our high-achieving students**. You’ll be working with professional-grade equipment and top-of-the-line software, so the sky's the limit in terms of your creative potential. Being at the forefront of the setup, you will be maintaining the audiovisual equipment, ensuring that every interview is professionally recorded according to specific lighting, audio, and camera standards.

Your role will involve **close collaboration with various team members**, including the interview host and producer, who will advise on the set-up and the goals for the shoot. You will also work with the guest students, editors, and the management team. This dynamic workflow and communication between the team is monumentally important for a seamless production and quality end result.

This position is based at our Glen Waverley office, requiring your capacity to work in-person. We are looking for someone with a **deep passion for audiovisual work**, a commitment to excellence, and a drive to contribute to the success of our students.
