**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Management professional to join us to be our National Transaction Manager.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of government entities. You will drive the efficient and consistent delivery of property management across the national portfolio ensuring activities and deliverables meet contractual and performance obligations.

This role can be based in our JLL’s office in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane CBD.

**An overview of the role**:
Co-ordinate all communication to and from Landlords/Tenants, being the first point of contact for all correspondence.
Understand and proactively manage agreements to ensure all obligations are met under the lease &/or terms of ownership/occupancy.
Work collaboratively with your entity leasing teams and various entity stakeholders for management of complex approach’s to market and transactions.
Project Manage complex multi-site lease with a self-managing team to deliver lean and effective Transaction management outcomes.
Forecast and proactively manage your team’s completion of entry and exit inspections.
Review and approval of the monthly Rent Roll Variance Report and reconciliation of accounts.
Review critical dates reports to ensure all lease events are actioned in accordance with the lease, including circulating report to Entities.
Oversee management of the rent roll and all payments under the lease, such as outgoings
Assist with development of portfolio strategy and track progress against strategic plan initiatives.
Undertake and manage complex lease transactions.
Implementing transactions in accordance with planning documents, including new leases, options and market rent reviews ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for the client.
Undertaking market sweeps, research and property benchmarking advice.
Assist with dispute resolution.
Provide advice and assistance to Leasing Managers in relation to any queries and review work as required.

Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record, and a good understanding of leases and lease obligations
Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Law or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), including a proficiency in writing succinct business cases and planning documentation
Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach with capacity to deal with ambiguity
Demonstrated effective client relationship skills - able to interact face-to-face or via online meetings with multiple stakeholders
