**Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR / Recruitment team - support our Operational and Divisional managers during an exciting and extremely busy period.

What you will be doing

End-to-end recruitment for operational roles - cleaning, security, maintenance focus

Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
Achieve results within tight deadlines without compromising quality
Work collaboratively with the other Talent Acquisition Specialists in the team as well as the national P&C team

**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have

3 - 4 years + experience in an operationally focused end-to-end recruitment role - as part of an internal recruitment team
Prior experience of recruiting blue collar roles eg Cleaning, Security and Maintenance - ideal
Industry sector experience in Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning, FMCG, airline, hospitality, construction, engineering - preferred
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail, efficient diary management
Strong work ethic - self driven with a high sense of urgency to achieve tight deadlines
Hands-on and practical approach with a positive "can do" approach
ATS experience - Taleo, SAP Success Factors, PageUp, ELMO or similar
Strong business partnering skills - be a trusted and credible advisor to managers
Team orientation - supportive and collaborative style
Relevant tertiary qualifications - preferred
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
