**Your Role**:
The Gifts in Wills Coordinator will support the growth of the Gift in Wills portfolio by building a sustainable bequest development program. Your role will include cultivating and soliciting Gifts in Wills prospects to support the Society’s fundraising objectives. This role involves working in a busy environment where your ability to maintain focus on a variety of activities and schedules is very important.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Manage a pipeline of confirmed bequestors and potential benefactors through strategic stewardship and conversion program.
- Coordinate Gifts in Wills mailing, digital and nurturing programs to all prospects, potential and confirmed Bequestors, Honorary Solicitors and Persons of Interest.
- Maintain timely and accurate records in the Society’s database and produce relevant reports.
- Work with other internal teams to run a series of targeted events at various sites.
- Plan and organise speaking engagements aimed at encouraging new bequests.

**You Will Need**:

- Relevant qualifications in marketing or business; experience in Gifts in Wills or a similar donor development role.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing practices and procedures for stewardship and growth of GIW donors.
- Demonstrated ability in project and operational coordination to oversee effective implementation of initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
