Our Cafe is open Tuesday - Saturday. No Sunday work

There is flexibility in this role to be school hours during the week, plus Saturdays for the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day Café operations (including ordering, managing stock, staffing)
- Maintain exceptional standards and provide first class customer service
- Supervise and train staff members
- Presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Ensure that the café complies with Health and Safety requirements, council requirements, health inspections, kitchen cleanliness.
- Liaise with our Head Office daily to order products.

**Essential Requirements**:
*Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work is a must

*Ability to motivate a small team, problem solve and multi-task

*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Café Supervisor role essential

*Willing to work on Saturdays

*Knowledge and control of budgets and spending.

**Desirable**:

- Barista Experience
- Kitchen Experience
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $1,050.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
