**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify new leads through DOOR KNOCKING, networking, and referrals, with a focus on commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to understand the cleaning needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our cleaning services, highlighting the quality, reliability, and value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop customised cleaning proposals and service agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating terms to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling additional services and securing contract renewals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and industry standards is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing leads and sales activities.

Pay: $22.00 - $67.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
