We're searching for a dynamic individual who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests from start to finish. If you're someone who loves to learn and knows how to craft an atmosphere of excitement, then we want you on our team

As part of our game master team at the Paradise Centre Venue, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming customers and providing them with accurate information upon request.
- Managing team inquiries at the counter while simultaneously overseeing ongoing escape room sessions.
- Facilitating bookings for escape room sessions and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Conducting pre-briefings for rooms and attentively monitoring gameplay, offering hints when necessary to enhance the experience.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and rooms to uphold our high standards.
- Regularly inspecting and ensuring the operational readiness of room puzzles and equipment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.60 - $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
