**The Opportunity**
As the **SharePoint Analyst,** you’ll engage with stakeholders across the organisation and provide end users with technical support, troubleshoot issues as well as executing on a range of ticketed tasks/requests in this on-premise based environment. The platform is used for knowledge sharing, content and process/workflows as well as being a communication and collaboration space across the Healthcare Group.

This role will:

- Support stakeholders with existing sites including queries, fixing issues and content updates
- Assist end users with platform issues and provide technical assistance
- Support transition activities relating to migration from SharePoint 2013 to Server Edition environment
- Engage business champions to build awareness and optimise SharePoint capability
- Support with testing and change activities
- Developing training materials and documentation for SharePoint end users
- Support with SharePoint development (Master Page modifications)
- Support existing Workflows and Forms

**About You**
- Min 2 years supporting a SharePoint environment
- Implementation and some configuration experience relating to team sites, social sharing and document libraries
- Skills in administering and developing SharePoint sites
- High level of customer orientation and stakeholder engagement capability
- An organised workstyle and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Stakeholder engagement skills and problem solving ability
