Experienced Piercers

The Rebellion is Growing, and we are looking for experienced Piercers to join our team.

The role provides pre-piercing consultations and post piercing after care and advice as well as delivery piercing procedures.

This role is critical to the COVETEAR brand, being the frontline touchpoint to our service. As such, it is essential that our piercers are well presented with exceptional communication skills.

The ability to engage with customers and understand their needs. Our piercers ensure each and every customer understands their piercing procedure, what to expect during and after, how care for their new piercing and their chosen fine jewellery.

Covetear Piercers contribute to and support the ongoing development of COVETEAR services and product offering in line with evolving customer expectations and needs by providing feedback from customers and their experiences.

Our Piercers work as part of a team of specialists across our stores nationally to identify improvement opportunities for instore efficiency, contribute process and procedure advice and improve customer experience.

Flexible hours are available. Please note some weekend work will be required.

We have positions open now in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Delivering safe quality piercing experiencing
- Provision of pre-piercing consultations
- Provision of exceptional after care service and advice
- Ensuring infection control procedures are maintained and followed at all times
- Sterilisation of instruments and equipment
- Work as part of a team to support exceptional customer service and outcomes
- Develop, maintain and follow in-store processes and procedures
- Basic stock and inventory control
- Contribute to COVETEAR service and product development including sharing insights and learnings about customers, and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve our systems and processes and scalability of practices and COVETEAR Studio growth and expansion

**Required Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of needle piercing experience
- Current infection control certificate
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Customer service or patient centred orientated

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
