We are seeking a skilled Stonemason to join our dynamic team. - Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the layout and design of stone structures.
- Preparing the work area by cleaning and leveling surfaces where stone will be installed, which may involve removing old materials and debris.
- Using hand tools and power tools such as chisels, hammers, grinders, and saws to cut and shape stone to the required size and form. Working with various types of stone, including marble, granite, limestone, and sandstone.
- Laying stones, bricks, and other materials to build or repair structures such as walls, arches, columns, fireplaces, and facades. Ensuring that stones are placed and aligned correctly.
- Repairing and restoring existing stone structures, addressing issues such as cracks, chips, and weather damage. Matching new stonework with old to maintain a consistent appearance.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards. Adhering to safety regulations and using protective gear to prevent injuries.
- Managing the workspace, ensuring it is clean and organized. Coordinating with other construction professionals and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the finished work.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Stonemason. Proficient in various masonry techniques including cutting, shaping, finishing, and laying stone materials. Ability to work with a variety of stone types with precision and creativity. Versatile and open to adapting to modern techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
