The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.- The Nepean Cancer Care Centre is seeking to engage a Dietitian on a part time assignment. The Dietitian ensures provision of high quality nutrition and dietetic services to inpatients, outpatients and (where required) staff of Nepean Hospital and Nepean Cancer Care Centre. The successful incumbent will manage caseload (including inpatients and outpatients) at Nepean Cancer Care Centre and Nepean Hospital (oncology/haematology ward, and other wards when required). This includes conducting nutrition assessments and dietary counselling, providing therapeutic diets, and arranging regular reviews of inpatients and/or outpatients diagnosed with cancer within the NBMLHD.**Benefits **available to **eligible **NBMLHD** employees**

- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Experience working as a fully qualified dietitian in nutritional management of inpatients and/or outpatients with cancer.
- Commitment to professional development and experience with quality improvement principles and evidence based practice within the hospital setting.
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, including evidence of successfully managing a large workload within a busy environment.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
