**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and evaluate overseas suppliers of building materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable trade agreements.
- Coordinate the shipping and logistics of imported materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements related to importing building materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs clearance procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- At least five years of working experience in the relevant position.
- Proven experience as an importer or procurement specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using common office software and able to independently draft procurement and business contracts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with overseas suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
