Qualfied Butcher or Knife Hand

Eve Smallgoods is growing rapidly and we have immediate need to hire a skilled butcher with experience in de-boning pork by hand. We are happy to consider a suitably qualified backpacker but would prefer a butcher seeking permanent work. Must be able to lift heavy objects and be reliable.

**Qualified Smallgoods Maker/Butcher/Knifehand**
- Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND WORK
- Finish time: varies day-to-day
- Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
- Work both independently and as a member of the team.
- You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques in addition to Smallgoods making.
- Potential for a salary position
