Are you passionate about design and technology?

Do you have a experience in MEP and specifically hydraulic services design and drafting?

We are seeking a motivated darftsperson to join our design team. As a design technician, you will play a vital role in producing design documentation as well as managing and implementing processes and tools to optimize project design workflows. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

Our experienced team will provide consistent support and training to enable you to each you full potential.

Ongoing techinical and industry training will also be provided.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting our design team in project planning and organization.
- Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice.
- Preparing preliminary sketches, detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Ongoing management, preparing, editing and development of design documentation including drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating works programs and workflows.
- Inspecting and monitoring work and materials for compliance with design drawings, specifications, regulations and standards.
- Quantifying project materials, costs and estimating time scales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
