We are looking for an experienced **Secondary English Teacher** to join our established teaching team on a permanent full-time basis.

This position will commence in Week 5, Term 2.

**About Our School**:
Emmaus Catholic College Kemps Creek, is a co-educational secondary school committed to providing students with a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Our aim is for students to become the “Master” of their learning and allow them to reach their full potential.

**About the Opportunity**:

- Plan, prepare and deliver quality learning experiences as a member of the English faculty
- Create supportive learning environments, successfully teaching Years 7 - 12 English
- Provide for the physical, social, cultural and emotional wellbeing and safety of students
- Maintain student records and samples of work and report on student performance to students, parents and other stakeholders as required
- Participate in the collaborative development and evaluation of the curriculum and regularly monitor, through observation and evaluation, the effectiveness of the teaching program

**Qualifications & Accreditation**:

- Working with Children Check clearance
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree)
- Statements of Service
