Floor Staff

Rate: $28 to $34 /hour
Availability: week and weekends

Bread and Butter, an authentic Italian and tapas beachfront restaurant located in Kirra on the Gold Coast, is looking for motivated and experienced wait staff to join our team.
- A minimum of 2-year experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Be well presented, friendly, punctual, and reliable
- Flexibility, as we work a variety of days and weekend shifts

What You’ll Do:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Seating Guest
- Answer phone calls for takeaway orders
- Take and confirm customer orders over a POS ordering software
- Working with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
- Floor operations include running food, clearing tables and taking orders
- Setting up and packing down the venue
- Following all cleaning policies
- Following our steps of service
- Promote our Specials, Promotions and events
- Passion for training and upskilling their knowledge
- Promoting a great atmosphere for customers to have a positive experience
