**About the role**

We are seeking a full time Multimedia Specialist who will be responsible for the following duties:

- Designing and delivering patient-focused content and brand assets in line with the clinic's medical and marketing objectives.
- Strategising the social media calendar to engage patients and healthcare professionals, focusing on health awareness and medical services.
- Monitoring and evaluating social media content effectiveness, furnishing insights to medical staff and administrative stakeholders.
- Supplying accurate data and analytical reports to the clinic, suggesting actionable insights and areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining patient information portals, appointment systems, and clinic websites using web programming, scripting, and content management systems.
- Creating medically-accurate animations, imaging, and presentations for patient education and clinic promotions using multimedia tools and utilities.
- Upholding a uniform brand look, feel, and tone in compliance with healthcare communication guidelines.
- Engaging and expanding the clinic's online community through timely and medically-relevant communications.
- Creating digital assets to bolster the clinic's internal communications, focusing on staff training and operational updates.
- Producing video content to educate and engage clinic staff, key stakeholders, and patients about healthcare topics and services.
- Planning pre-production, executing filming, and conducting post-production editing for all videos, including creating medical storyboards, briefing medical personnel, sourcing existing educational content, and selecting appropriate stock material and music.
- Conceptualising, producing, and curating innovative and medically-accurate video, photography, graphic, and web design content.

**About you**
- Bachelor degree in a related field, which may be substituted by at least five years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience at the required skill level.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in web programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for measuring social media and web performance, such as Google Analytics.
- Awareness of the healthcare industry's ethical standards, especially those related to patient privacy and data security.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to produce compelling, educational, and engaging content.
- Keen eye for detail in design and content accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to adhering to healthcare communication guidelines and protocols.

**Remuneration package**
- Salary: AUD 70,000 - AUD 77,000 per annum + superannuation.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
