- Excellent knife handling skills
- Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield.

**Meat Work Laborers**
- Requires applicants to work in fast paced environment and have a willingness to learn all areas of our production.
- Excellent attendance rate

Job rotation and learn new skills.
- Reliable and disciplined.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Hard working and responsible
- Must have reliable transport to get to and from work, as there is no public transport for 5.00am starts.

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton North, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
