Urban Chic is seeking a vibrant Salon Coordinator/Receptionist to join our remarkable team

As the front of house for Urban Chic, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, embodying enthusiasm, infectious energy and professionalism with every interaction. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering the highest standards of service in our bustling salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care Superstar: Provide personalized attention to each client, ensuring their needs are met and they leave loving the UC hair journey

Social Media Savvy: Manage our social media platforms with new and exciting content ideas, engaging our audience and promoting our services to engage and attract our target audience.

Salon Support: Handle salon tasks such as assisting stylists at the basins, managing inventory, cleaning and helping out wherever you may be needed

Qualifications:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Outstanding communication skills and a confident phone manner.

Skills in social media platforms and digital marketing.

Organizational skills with an eye for detail, always thinking ahead.

Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus.
