**BAKER/PASTRYCOOK NEEDED FOR JACKS BAKERY, MANDURAH, WA**

Your will be required to perform the following main tasks:

- Complying with OH&S regulations in the workplace and following food safety and sanitation procedures;
- Meeting daily production goals from ‘scratch’;
- Weighing and checking the quality of ingredients;
- Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, shaping, proofing, and finally baking with a high quality finish;
- Making a variety of breads, rolls and pastry products according to the in-house menu;
- Preparing fresh cream cakes and slices into appropriate pans and trays;
- Decorating buns and pastry products according to in-house menu or specific requirements demanded by the customers;
- Using a scale to ensure consistent portion control;
- Preparing pastry fillings as required;
- Ensuring product quality at all times;
- Operating and maintaining all the tools and equipment needed;
- Checking stock level and ordering stock when required;

We are offering FULL TIME position with salary range of $55,000-60,000 plus super depending on experience.
