**The Role**
The APS 4 Office Manager position will be responsible for the provision of executive support to the staff of both the Directorate of Solider Career Management - Army (DRSCM-A) and the Directorate of Officer Career Management - Army (DROCM-A).

This position is responsible for providing support to the Career Manager Group (CMG) and is the full-time point of contact, monitoring actions/responses to incoming correspondence and ensuring resources are correctly managed. The role requires utilisation of and the provision of support for Defence information and tele-communication systems.

Key Duties involve:

- Coordinate the administration requirements of all regional Promotion Advisory Committees (PAC'S) and Career Management Reviews (CMRs) for Officers and Soldiers
- Provide support to regional Officer Selection Boards (OSBs), including liaising with local stakeholders

**About our Team**
The Directorate of Reserve Officer Career Management - Army (DROCM-A) manages the careers of Army’s Reserve Officers. The APS4 Office Manager position in Career Management Group Southern Region is accountable under limited direction for the provision of executive support to the staff of both the Directorate of Reserve Officer Career Management (DROCM) and the Directorate of Reserve Soldier Career Management (DRSCM). Both Directorates are part of Career Management - Army (CM-A) which is headquartered in Canberra.

You will work as part of the team that manages reserve careers from all over the country, mostly through remote work. The Office Managers provide continuity and are integral to the communications, administration and travel arrangements for CM-A personnel.

- Working with established policies and practices to deliver quality outcomes, and
- Working collaboratively within a team to prioritise and manage workloads to meet critical deadlines.
