**How can building relationships lead to achieving outcomes with impact?**
Our Account Managers are empowered to take ownership for driving and maintaining relationships with our valued business Partners. You will take the lead on this for a VIC panel and will share responsibility for the state’s performance by working closely with Partners to maximise their insurance revenue, achieve long term and sustainable growth and ensure partner satisfaction.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Work closely with partners to determine their present and future needs and formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue / sales quota targets.
- Develop additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets while managing income and expense budgets.
- Act as the main interface when required between the Partner and the organization, to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partner’s strategic business planning processes.
- Ensure sustainable profitable growth through agreed strategy and action planning with Partners, including but not limited to execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and account plans in line with compliance obligations

**About you**
- Relevant financial services industry experience including managing client accounts.
- Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcome.
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills that are engaging and impactful.
- Boating Industry and Insurance knowledge preferred but not compulsory
