**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and energetic person to join the AgriSolutions team within the Northern Rivers Region, based in Kyogle, NSW.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients in store and on farm. You will build business partnerships with our major customer base and source new customers with the aim of achieving branch budget sales and gross profit targets.

**To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria**:

- Knowledge of farm input industry products and their use.
- Recent experience providing “on farm” advice.
- Previous sales and retail experience in a similar environment.
- Natural customer relations, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Demonstrated motivation towards success and achievement.
- Proven ability to be a productive team player within a small team environment.
- Ability to work full time including up to four days per week in the field.
- Current clean C class drivers’ licence (minimum).
- Forklift licence, advantageous.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Agronomy, advantageous.
