**The Opportunity -**

In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.

**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented **Maintenance Requirement Determination (MRD) Practitioner**to support the Australian Army CH-47F aircraft. As a key member of the team, you will support the customer in optimising aircraft availability whilst ensuring continuing airworthiness of the aircraft under the Defence Airworthiness Safety Regulations (DASR).

The role is based at based at Enoggera, (Gallipoli Barracks), QLD.

As an **MRD Practitioner** you will:

- Develop, implement and optimise the Aircraft Maintenance Program for the ADF's Boeing CH-47F aircraft;
- Provide SME input into engineering designs, dispositions and advice.
- Develop, review and approve technical analysis, reports and other technical documents.
- Perform the duties of CAMM2 Engineer and Venue Manager;
- Manage CAMM2 Audits;
- Manage the Weapon System Databases in eMRD; and
- Seek delegation as the Maintenance Program Approval Employee (MPAE);
- Process, review and make recommendations in support of the Army Aviation Reliability Program.

To be considered for the role you will have:

- Trade qualification as an Avionics or Aircraft Technician for a minimum of two years;
- Demonstrable experience as an MRD Practitioner; and
- CAMM2 Venue Management experience for a minimum of one year.
- Completion of the following courses:

- Defence Maintenance Requirements Determination Practitioner Course;
- eMRD User Course (or sufficient proficiency in using eMRD);
- CAMM2 SPO Configuration Manager Course (or sufficient proficiency in using the AEO parts of CAMM2).

Desirable:

- CH-47D/F type course and/or experience
- Completion of the DASR Part M Practitioners course.
- Defence Reliability Management Course (DEFRELMAN).
