**About the Role**
In this role you will be working at our Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre. This casual coaching role provides you with the opportunity to share your passion, skills and experience in gymnastics with the younger members of our community aged between 2.5 years to 12 years.

This is a casual position and requires the ability to work on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between the span of hours of 12pm - 8pm.

**Classification: Band 2 Casual LSO - $40.58 p/h inc casual loading**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide tuition and guidance to participants during the scheduled lessons.
- Set-up and pack-up of equipment for each lesson.
- Coordinate and run both the warm up and cool down sessions with participants
- Assist in the development of lesson plans, as required.

**About you**

**Essential Experience**:

- Understanding of the principles of coaching children, keeping them engaged and managing group settings.
- Good communication skills enough to effectively communicate orally and in writing with participants, families, Council employees and members of the public.
- Be willing to undergo a national police check, medical and functional assessment.
- Working with Children’s Check, First Aid / CPR, and relevant coaching accreditation.
