Our client is a global leader in parts support and services for regional and business aircraft.

They offer a globally networked infrastructure and 24/7 AOG support, ensuring fast delivery of spare parts and service, with four locations strategically located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Our client’s goal is to work together to deliver parts and services solution for customers and become the new industry standard for services and quality.

This role will be based within Eagle Farm, Brisbane and will be a casual role with the opportunity for 2/3 days per week.

**About the role**

The role will work within the warehouse, recording the receipt and dispatch of all spare parts from company vehicles and freight carriers.

Responsibilities include:

- Unpacking/wrapping of delicate aircraft parts.
- Lifting/ packaging/ removing/ relocating equipment to various areas in the Warehouse.
- Assist the US based Administration and Accounts team to perform their duties with local customers.
- Data entry of documentation into company system.
- Reconciling local vendor invoices, statement and making payments; processing credit card expense claims; printing customer statements; processing customer credit card payments.
- May require delivery and pickup of parts locally.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator and able to take direction/ work independently
- Knowledge and experience working with Computer systems
