Are you a hardworking and motivated individual? Norwest Private Hospital is seeking multiple Theatre Orderlies to join their preoperative team on a full-time or casual basis.

Norwest Private **Hospital** is located in the rapidly developing North West corridor of Sydney and is operated by Healthscope, a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia. The hospital has 277 beds and is a high acuity facility with an Emergency Department located in Sydney's Bella Vista.

**As a Theatre Orderly your responsibilities will include**:

- Safe transfer of patients to and from the operating theatre
- Provide safe effective patient handling and positioning.
- Setting up of theatre.
- Maintaining a safe patient environment including the setup and cleaning of theatres during procedures
- Providing support to the nursing staff

**Essential Criteria**:

- Theatre Orderly experience within the Health Care Industry - (Desirable)
- Working with Children check
- Police Check
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster AM & PM Monday - Friday
- Works well independently and within a multidisciplinary team
