**What We Are Looking For**:
Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and looking for scope extension to include TAE40122 - Cert IV in Training and Assessment course. We are seeking qualified Trainer and Assessor for TAE40122 - Cert IV in Training and Assessment. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Hold relevant qualification/units of competency
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502
- Must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in their proposed training and assessing area
- Relevant/Current Industry work experience post qualifications.
- Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- TAE40116 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Trainer Matrix (preferred)
- Industry Currency (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- White Card Certification CPCCWHS1O01 (preferred)
- Professional Development (preferred)
