Situated on 30 acres between Rouse Hill and Windsor, Arndell caters for a growing population of almost 1300 students - with over 500 in Junior School (Prep to Year 6) and just under 800 in Secondary School (Years 7 to 12). **The Invitation**

The PDHPE Teacher is responsible for student learning and development, nurturing student creativity, academic achievement, and inspiring a lifelong appreciation for physical education and health.

Reporting to the Head of PDHPE and Sport P-12, the PDHPE Teacher will collaborate with the PDHPE Team, other teaching staff and teacher aides to encourage students to grow intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. In particular the PDHPE Teacher will:

- Lead sporting teams (Monday - Friday, no Saturday sport).
- Design interesting and engaging lessons for students with a wide range of learning abilities and styles.
- Deliver high quality content to students that is engaging and accessible.
- Hold student attention and interest, employing a variety of pedagogies and differentiating / scaffolding work as required.
- Prepare students for national testing, competitions, and NSW Higher School Certificate examinations.
- Provide students with clear and fair assessment, including regular, constructive feedback.

**About You**

As a teacher of PDHPE you hold qualifications in Education (Teaching), an ability to teach Stage 4 - 6 PDHPE.

You are goal oriented, highly organised, passionate about the education of young people, able to engage students who possess a range of interests and abilities, able to work collaboratively across the whole school, and are a person of Christian faith. With the expertise and enthusiasm to contribute to the teaching of PDHPE your collaborative style and professionalism will see you build culture and community within a diverse and dynamic environment.
