Based at our Dandenong Head Office, this permanent position is a golden opportunity to develop your career in Recruitment. Join a well-established team of recruiters with a passion for success. With your own area of the business to recruit for, you will be recruiting a diverse range of employees including bus drivers, mechanics, apprentices & trainees, operational and corporate head office roles. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding of new employees and with several ongoing and upcoming projects you will always be challenged on the go

**About You**:
We are seeking a recruiter with a passion for delivering results and achieving outcomes along with:

- Exposure in the end to end recruitment process
- Ability to build rapport and liaise effectively with hiring managers and colleagues
- Tech savvy with recruitment and onboarding systems and competent skills using MS Suite
- Attention to detail and understanding of procedures
- An effective multi-tasker with ability to prioritise and work to timeframes

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
