An exciting opportunity currently exists to join this leading national organisation, close to home in Melbourne's in North West pocket of Flemington, on a full-time permanent basis.

**The role & responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your role will comprise various facets across the Shared Services function. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Reports)
- Preparation of monthly departmental reports
- Assist with preparation of year end accounts and audit requirements
- Assist with preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Assist with monitoring company performance with budgets and assist with reporting requirements
- Assist with preparation of financial information to ensure that entities satisfy various legislative requirements
- Maintenance of monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Strong stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist customers and external stakeholders with queries
- Providing support to the finance team where required

- Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
- A passion for accounts with a genuine willingness to learn new skills, and a keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
- High class interpersonal skills with a positive and bubbly personality
- Impeccable communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
