**About the team**:
the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our program transformation team within central operations play a pivotal role in landing projects in store. As part of the next phase of transformation we are looking for a Transformation Change Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

**About the role**:
Working closely with the Transformation Program Manager you will be responsible for managing Portfolio governance, business partnering all functions to support program readiness for landing transformational activity and change in Stores and DCs. You will also:

- help shape, assess and validate key strategic initiatives for operational readiness and ensuring that the program aligns to best for Coles.
- work cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ensure appropriate level of change activity is allocated
- maintain governance tools and work on portfolio review for Coles key strategic initiatives such as Smarter Selling
- find ways to remove complexity from the end to end process, whilst ensuring in line with safety and sustainability objectives
- lead the facilitation of the best for coles forum

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for someone with a depth of retail operations knowledge who has experience of delivery change and governance across transformation programs, you will also:

- tertiary qualified in a related field
- operational knowledge and passion for supporting stores
- financial acumen and cost plan management skills
- project Management skills including: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, team, Communication, Risk, Stakeholder Management
- behavioural skills driving successful project management: stakeholder partnership, judgement, accountability, agility
- excellent written and oral communication skills with an enthusiastic and logical approach
