Our client is seeking a Groundskeeper for their elite & peacefully secluded retirement community village in Cobbitty, to oversee and coordinate day-to-day grounds maintenance, upkeep, servicing & all-round day to day operations.

The Groundskeeper will be a member of the site's operations team, working autonomously & in a team environment' helping to champion & co-ordinate tasks in providing immaculate facilities maintenance and presentation for the community.

This is a dual role that incorporates leadership responsibilities with general property's maintenance & upkeep to pristine facilities.
- **Duties will include but not limited to**:_
- Co-ordinating ground staff & various contractors in handling complaints
- Oversee & coordinate day-to-day village maintenance & cleaning operations
- Evaluate building & grounds maintenance needs in conjunction with developing adequate solutions
- Monitoring daily activities in line with WHS procedures while undertaking operational tasks
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions
- Previous experience in Maintenance, DIY, Gardening & Landscape role/s
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to use tools, machinery and equipment for construction/landscape/gardening
- Must be physically fit and able
- Driver's license and reliable transport

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oran Park NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
