Elevate your career with TAL We're seeking a visionary leader to steer the strategy and implementation of our claims proposition for AustralianSuper and Cbus. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement, lead a team of claims experts, and ensure our services exceed expectations. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence, fostering growth, and strengthening our partnerships.
Your focus will be on optimising systems and operations while upholding TAL’s reputation for outstanding service. Success means not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of AustralianSuper, Cbus, and our valued customers.
Key Objectives:
- Deliver service excellence that drives retention and growth.
- Ensure all commitments are fulfilled with high satisfaction.
- Provide strategic advice and oversight to ensure top-tier performance.

**Qualifications**
- At least 7 years’ experience working in a similar senior role in the Financial Services/Insurance Industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledge of Super Funds and key partners
- Excellent time management and organisational skills - Knowledge of Reinsurance operations (Preferable)
