**About the Role**

Our Principals (Wine Brokers) are exclusive, knowledgeable, and work to highly specific tastes.

Powering product and service excellence, your role will be to meet sales targets for Langtons as well as promote the Langton’s brand within the broader community. You will do this by maintaining and growing an individual database of premium customers, providing a highly personalised service with the aim to build sustainable relationships across our retail (Direct and online) and secondary market/auction platforms.

You will be working with an extremely broad range of products, with a focus on premium Australian, New Zealand, French and Italian wines, as well as other countries. This is full time (5 days a week) however we are open to discussing flexibility in hours and arrangement.

Reporting to the Sales Team Manager you will also:

- Maintain a high level of activity and engagement with our clients using all resources at hand and taking advantage of an omnichannel mindset where the client needs to be guided to the best channel available
- Keep a high amount of active clients, as well as managing a set number of leads and prospects through the Langton’s channel
- Have an intimate knowledge of the product and service the company offering and selling the benefits of them with a high degree of expertise
- Increase brand awareness and top of the mind brand recall in the core target audience

**About You**

You’re driven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a team of great people. You will also be able to demonstrate:

- **Proven Sales experience and results with the drive to achieve and surpass sales targets**:

- **Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level II & III or equivalent qualification, preferred**:

- **Strong MS Office & Google Suite skills (Excel, Word)**:
